Day 21: How to Knit the Eyelet Mock Cable Ribbing {31 Days of Knitting Series}

Today is day 21 of our 31 days of knitting series. This stitch is a fun twist on a cable in that it looks like a cable stitch, but it’s actually done using very basic stitches (and no cables). This is a great alternative for those who really struggle with cables on the loom, but still want to have the same fun look to their project!
