{Tutorial} Snow Covered Pine Cone Place Setting Holder

Hi ya’ll. Did you get a chance to check out my Seafood Themed Birthday Party Post that went live on Sunday? It was about a party I threw for my husbands birthday this year, and I mentioned these cute little snowflake place card holders! I wanted to s with you today how I made these cute little things!

They are actually really simple to make! To make the snow covered pine cones, fol the same tutorial I used to make the snow covered pinecone ornaments, but don’t attach the string or ribbon! I also intentionally selected the pine cones that sat flat without tipping over and were really nicely shaped!

Then you’ll use the same small crochet string to attach the tags. You can create the tags any way you want, but I used my Silhouette Cameo to create mine. For those of you who aren’t familiar with the Silhouette yet, it lets you cut out a variety of shapes on printed paper, making tags like this a snap!

Then you simply just tie a loop around the snowflake tag and set it on top of the pine cone.
